In Hindsight

Driving past colored lights,

Ruby,

Emerald,

Sapphire,

Beam off the cars chrome cast,

Reflecting what just past,

But the road twists and turns,

The destination is unknown,

Waiting for the tank to run out of gas,

Then looking back,

We realize,

It's from inside the car,

That these gems were cast
