WALKING IN CIRCLES

Repeated offender

WALKING IN CIRCLES

I HATED MYSELF
FOR RETRACING MY TRACKS,
LIKE A FOOL NOT SATISFIED
WITH THE ROD, ACROSS HIS BACK.

THE ONE I ONCE LOVED
HAD BETRAYED MY TRUST,
YET I KEEP FALLING VICTIM
TO MY HEARTS LUST.

I THOUGHT IT WAS LOVE
FROM THE VERY START,
THE UNHINDERED SMILES
AND FUZZY FEELINGS
THAT WARMED MY HEART.

BUT A PRETTY FACE
WERE MY ONLY REWARD,
SHE NEVER LOVED ME,
AND MY FEELINGS
SHE DISCARDED.

YOU WOULD THINK
I WOULD HAVE LEARNED,
FROM THE PAINS, OF MY PAST,
BUT I AM A MAGNET
TO EMOTIONAL TORTURE,
AND LIKE FALLING SAND
IN THE HOURGLASS.

WILFORD BARKER.

This is all to familiar territory , for me personally it was a developed pattern, I had to hold back those feelings wether genuine or lusting , the turtle won the race, don’t be hard on yourself now , be hard on yourself when ready to get back into dating / relationship . Patience is the key , even if it feels perfect , it’s better to go slow and protect not only yourself but your lover, heartfelt poem my friend . Your Queen awaits you, you have to BIG of an heart to not have someone to share it with .

When encouragement is most needed..
Dr Rob is on duty.
I am o so tired of the merry-go-round, words cannot explain the horror my heart is experiencing.. A man without love.. what a wasted life... unfulfilled.. unsatisfied.. pure emptiness.. and the waiting part.. O boy! It seems like forever. I truly understand the anxiety a woman feels entering her mid thirty and longing to have a child.. only to be confronted with miscarriages..
All my relationships were to me..
Miscarriages.
Yet I wait. I hope. I pray.

Thanks my friend.
