Poem -

Beside me.

They said we need the rain
So the crops can grow,
Though winter was long
And hard alone,

somewhat slow to change

I rearranged it in my mind
To bring much warmth
back in,

I imagined you beside me
The softness of your skin,

the rain didn't bother so much, from that point on

It fell, and fall's with love

Remembering to allow things to grow

At some point we must let go, even if winter
Seems so slow, to change.

Hey sis...The more things change....the more they seem to stay the same...and love finds it way despite the rain of winter....Lovely imagery..xo
