Poem -

Borderline

Have you ever awoken in the kind of cold,
That chills you you right down to the bone,
Only to open a window where the sun is shining bright,
Then hide away forever in a neverending night.

This night is sleepless and wicked, your dreams all turn to horrors,
You sweat and cry out for help because you´re on fire in your mind,
They become so dark, so real, you can taste the stale air.

The reasons you locked yourself away from the world,
They find you just when you thought you were safe,
Where do you turn once you´ve shut out the world?
But being alone is too much to bare.
