Poem -

Closure.

We spoke of closure today and you crept within my mind
Its something we never got
Not the normal kind,

When death takes away a lover, and leaves a vacant space,  the world we know becomes obscure , but something we should face

What of all the partings that we had met before,  the very fact that emptiness leaves nothing to explore

The facial expressions do they now exist,  times seems to punish me as though it can't resist

No matter where this life may lead,  no matter how I've tried
Nothing can replace the love
That I have inside

Sometimes closure isn't needed,  often enough it's never through,  because goodbyes are permanent
But I'm in love with you.
