~~Feeling down and in the dumps thinking there's no end in site,

you struggle as much as you can and use up all your might,

when you think that you've had enough of this life that you just want it to end,

that's when you call on the people you trust whether it be family or friend,

that's what their there for to help you in the good times and the bad,

the times you are feeling lonely confused or even sad,

don't be ashamed to ask! for friends are there to help you,

a true one will be there to comfort and make sure you see it through,

suicide is a long term solution for a short term problem you can get passed them feelings of blue,

just remember family and friends are always there to guide you and no matter what will always love you.
