Poem -

did father ever have a heart?

did father ever
have a heart?
+++++++++++++

when mom cries,
the wind howls
vengeance which
tears my world
apart;

as dad sits in
the corner, smoking
his pipe.

(I wonder if
he has a Heart.)

+

don't cry mom,
i say,

forget about the
hell we're from!

(if only for a
day.)

+

when mom cries,
angels sit in the
corner frowning;
and i feel one with
them.

as if I'm in an
ocean drowning!

(was all his love
pretend?)

+

don't cry mom.
even if we all
depart.

forget the hell
we're from!!!

(did father ever
have a heart?)
