Poem -

Man Made

It's sad to say,
We don't all see our land the same,
Horizons should be green or blue,
But a lot will see the landscape grey,

Man will praise what hands have made,
Building tall, leaves land in shade,

Ships at sea,
Crafts in air,
We show the land,
We hardly care,

Laid our tar on beaten tracks,
Take lands life from man-made cracks....
....Man once bled for land,
It's now bleeding back,

The sweet beauty of a plant is sour,
Because man replaces them with plants of power,

Tears apon my cheek I feel,
For what I see, I know is real,

This land I love for life it gave,
Is the one and same we made a grave.

👏👏👏👏👏  well done. I love this.

And the lines

"Laid our tar on beaten tracks,
Take lands life from man- made cracks ...
...Man once bled for land,
It's now bleeding back,"

Those words say it all. A great poem

i'm with tina on this one.... these lines certainly say it all . the selfishness of human beings... men/ humanity.. are certainly the cause of many problems in this world...
