Poem -

OH MY DEAR WIFE GOD BLESS YOU

Dull morning it was that day;

Even the sun and sky were fearful to escape its way ;

Only the clouds had the strength to wet the hay;

Before her my sunken eyes lay.

I stood silently near the river ;

On seeing her sight my body began to shiver;

What I saw burnt me from within;

Even gallons of tear and piles of emotion were unable to wash that something;

As I stood before the river I saw my wife burning on the furnel pyre;

Somewhere in my mind those pictures begun to dance;

Wanting to appreciate them just demanding another chance.

Those beautiful days we had enjoyed under the sun;

The craziest things I had done for her fun;

Away from the worldly pleasures shun;

The smiles exchanged;

And our laughter unchanged;

Those days when our love blossomed in the air;

And the angels with her blessings share;

Now those moments I crave for are rare.

Before my eyes her pyre now burns;

Those happy moments now before me shuns;

For smile on her face I cry now;

Tear false hopes nothing works any how!!!!

Oh !! carriage of immortality please stop for once and return me my wife;

Wake her up from her pyre and bring her back to life;

Blow air in her heart ,wisper air in her ear;

Sing a song of joy for her as  sorrow’s near;

And for a very last time Oh!!! My friend DEATH!!!

Place her beside me once again…..
