OUR JOURNEY`S END

When I looked at your sweet face

I knew our road had been long.

I`ve seen you struggle for many miles

Now you can no longer carry on.

I told you that I loved you

I just whispered softly in your ear.

Then suddenly the angels came

And took you home, but they left me here!

Now I`m left with only tears.

My world is so silent now

Without you I am lost.

No matter what the cost.

Because life without you by my side

Will never ever be the same.

The hands of time tick so slowly

I cannot stop their work.

Now in Gods` light you reside
