Poem -

Pearls in Bloom

Pearls in Bloom

To taste between
the rise and fall
of melding
whispers,

wafting in the
warmness of
a breath ,

aroused
in ecstasy,

silken to the
wetness
in a seductive
allure,

a muted
atone ,

at the sweet
undress
of a
touch,

as you cradle
my face close-
even closer

sunken to your
maiden
breast,

in arms,

smouldering through
the yore of time’s
ghostly barriers,

loathsome
dearths,

as you allow me
to bathe you,
in the salted
plume
of my
tears ,

to the quill of
our hands
amidst the crag
of our blood
and bone
in despair,

snugged,

to a draft
of prose
in spurt at
the Venus arch
of your bosom,

conjugal,

to the lustre
of your beauty,

a sacred candle
to this mortal
flame,

as your name
etches through
this olden echo,

in a symbolic release
of Akoya pearls
in bloom,

ambient,

to the coral infinity
of our souls,
in love.

Reading this took my breath away, so enchantingly beautiful are your words. Never have I come across such beauty of words, it's stunningly haunting...✨🌹

The beauty of your writing is always such a pleasure... I was whisked away in the imagery of such a sensual moment... peaceful yet broken... as we all are.

All my love
