For your life as a Dragonfly is so very short, but your uniqueness and curiosity lives long

A myth dies out about the tales you were a snake doctor, you are smarter than that, didn't they know the snake always strikes back

Your path is a long journey to survive, as your oldest when young, some of you migrate then fade away, left behind a fossil track

Dear Odonata, my dearest friend and sacred Dragonfly, watch over me, protect me, for I have found you at last
