Poem -

Recycled Pain

      Recycled Pain.

We didn't notice because she always kept her body covered.
didn't like to show herself off, couldnt have her truth discovered.
You could see how it hurt but she never would complain,  saying! don't worry none, there just living pains.

You can't hide abuse, it's just no use, behind your mask of pleasure lies your pain.
Shout out your truth, no longer mute
With your silence here it comes again and it never ends it just begins again, again, again! It's all just recycled pain.

You gotta open up your heart and start to love your self, straighten out your back and pull your respect down from the shelf. worthy is the women that holds her head up high, sheds the coat of shame and reaches for her pride.

Sinner is the name the one who steals your shine, down with the sickness an invasion of your mind. it's ok baby girl love sometimes has to hurt, the pain lives behind her eyes an she'll no longer be the dirt.

You can't hide abuse, it's just no use, behind your mask of pleasure lies your pain.
Shout out your truth, no longer mute
With your silence here it comes again and it never ends it just begins again, again, again!
It's just recycled pain.
