Poem -

Small boots

Small boots
wandering the
fields hay
bails dotting
their shadows
cast by the moon

Small boots
searching for
bigger boots
that ran away
from her to
hide with mocking
laughter

Small boots
doesn’t know her
way back home
she wanders
lost
alone
in the
dark

Hello,
Before I rate your poem and offer a review. I'd like to get some more information about what inspired you to write? Is Small Boots the name of a horse? That is what I thought at first read. Thanks for letting me know. I like the format of the poem. I just want to be sure I know what it is about before reviewing. Thanks, have a wonderful night.
