As falling of day,
gives rise, to nights play.

The ground around and its beautiful colour,
give way to darkness, and its black umbrella.

all colour removed, 

I look upward into the nights sky.
I see the stars and wonder of why?
stars a blaze,
in ore,
I gaze

I wonder whose gaze has fell upon that star,
for its past is vast, 
and its future far,
I wonder how many wishes have been sent afar.

So small is thee,
against black eternity,
yet your beauty, twinkles, 
eternally.

Your glow holds within its splendour:
for eyes that on you fall, 
enlightenment for the mind,
an offer you give to any earth bound fool.

Sat high within the velvety, Midnight-Blue sky,

your dazzling white,
against the Black of night,
really is an amazing sight.

O'star above,
compare thee only to love,
please be mine for the night,
shine for me, ever bright,
enchant my mind with your loving light.

With morning you fade,
against days, bright parade,

to you a promise; from me is made;

O'star above , 
my nightly love

friend of the night,
with all your ,might
