Poem -

though darkly hid

ThOuGh DaRkLy HiD.
+++++++++++++++

Though darkly

hid..

The light of her face

could

impact miles.

yet her Heart

Is Off Grid.

(In a wilderness

Devoid of smiles.)

××

Something in Her

Lost

Has Found Me;

(Something in me

Oft

Rebels.)

But I  don't

Believe

In Destiny!!

(So much as

LeSser HeLLs.)

+

and so
My soul will
Be
Sadly Missed.

Lost somewhere
Centuries
away from here.

In some place we
Never Kissed!!

(A Nightmare  life
Devoid of cheer.)

This is so sad and lacking hope, J.....yet very beautiful in a wistful kind of regret...lol..If that makes ANY sense at all.  It feels as if the narrator has nothing to hold onto, yet feels the effects and loss of someone beautiful, his soul lost to himself from that void...His rebellious spirit perhaps unable or unwilling to believe in touching what he does not understand?  I am just telling how I felt as I read this....Great work.  It leaves me haunted after reading.  (That means it is awesome!)  xo ;)
