Poem -

What I have to give

I cried a river when I thought my angel had gone

I climbed a mountain and flew from the top

When I didn't know I could.

I tried to run away when all my problems became one

I thought nobody would listen

I was so wrong.

I gave everything my heart

when I didn't know I had anything to give.

Somehow I rescued my soul that hasn't yet learnt to live.

I once wish I was never born

it was madness

because look what I have to give.

I have my whole life ahead of me

with bigger mountains to climb

only it'll be better this time

this time I'll really fly.
