Without warning, Disaster Strikes
Without a sign, Disaster Strikes
Without the chance to prepare ourselves, Disaster Strikes
Without time to evacuate, Disaster Strikes
Reach out to your brothers and give a helping hand
Reach out t your friends and give a helping hand
Reach out to the strangers and give a helping hand
Reach out to your enemies and give a helping hand
Be generous and give freely
Freely give and freely you shall receive
Do not ask why
Just say thank-you that the worst is over
Together we shall start over again
Together we shall bring hope to the victims
Together we shall strive to make tomorrow a better day
Together we shall unite when disaster strikes

I have been inspired by the disaster that happens across the globe. It is not worth only looking at the dark side of it but also looking at the bright side of it. This poem may give hope to the ones who have been affected by a disaster and may touch the heart of the ones who have not been affected.Â
