The art begins with a template and rules are followed,  self evident and apparent as they become. It's  digitally smudged like a wind has been blown through it, and the coloured feathers ruffle in the wind...a flame is fanned, the phoenix is awakened,  symbolic of an Empire to come. A time of fire and blood, yet apon it's final annihilation the most wonderful time in human history...
