Afterglow

I am in LOVE with this painting. It just swept me back to me and my husband walking our dog along a canal in fields just like this. The sky is beautiful, I love the twilight feeling that oozes out of this picture. The flecks of colour in the overgrowth catching that last ray of light. I wish I was there again

This is a painting that transcends my ability to comment.
Once in a while a piece of art or a poem will just stand out
for its supernatural quality.. This is such a glimmering piece.
It captures my favorite time of day.  You can put yourself in the 
scene feel the fading light and the changing life all around.
It makes me happy and extremely sad.. as it reminds me of people and
places long past.
