Jesus by the Beach
On vacation in the Dominican Republic...I was bored and decided to make a sand sculpture in the sand....hmmmm what to sculpt. Not into sand sculpting. Decided to make Jesus Christ on the cross....but after I started I sort of panicked, I have never sculpted in sand before and to decided to sculpt Jesus...the son of God...seriously, I am crazy. My heart was right before I started because I love Jesus. But I am no sculpter and if I make Him look bad, well, that is aweful. So I prayed, "Lord, Help me do right by you, so that the message of salvation can be seen". Help me Lord." And, hours later, this is the results.

One native man who spoke no English came upon the cross I made....and he motioned for me to "take his picture" with the cross. I nodded, yes....but....he didn't have a camera. He wanted me to take his picture with Jesus with MY camera....he would never see it. He just wanted to profess his faith and have it documented. WOW! That moved me to tears. Later after I developed the picture I wondered if he was an "angel unaware" that God had sent to bless me.
I will post his picture. What a blessing.
WOW...WOW...WOW....Beautiful Cherie....I got chills with that story....Holy Spirit tingles....I get them all the time when someone tells me something about Him...or if I pray or speak to someone with His spirit and the Lord confirms that prayer or word. Wow! that was Beautiful. I just love Jesus. So Blessed.
