I decided to paint my idol Marilyn

her floral arrangement compliments her sleeve modern tattoo and part of the background into her hair . The fantasy of colour and warmth , the legend as she will always be . My version the Marilyn seen in my eyes !

The work is excellent and you notice a great mastery of drawing and color, personally I think that the artist has captured Marilyn's exuberance and that great sadness of Norma Jean and that she pursued the actress all her life.

I Really felt the passion when painting her .. x
I also paint, I'm more a draftsman than a painter, and when I look at a painting I know if it's good when I imagine it on a house wall, and this portrait of Marilyn would be on my couch, like the Gioconda in the Louvre.
I like it because of the color, the brushstroke and the expressive force.
