Northrop Grumman TR-6 Telos / Antigravity Craft

The Northrop Grumman TR-6 / T.E.L.O.S. (Transatmospheric Electrogravetic Low Observation Surveillance) platform.
Also known as "The Phoenix Lights" and "The Starfield Maker" for allegedly having self projected onto its belly area an actual star background as if to camouflage or conceal itelf against the night sky- witnessed by hundreds of people back in 1997 in the infamous ufo flap of Phoenix, Arizona.
Additionally since then, there have been persistent rumors that these craft may be restructured or reformed advanced stealth blimps, since when witnessed, they are completely silent and travel at very low altitudes and can loiter for long periods of time moving slowly about. Furthermore, may be based on the same or similar technology as the TR-3B Black Manta but on a much larger scale.
