a) California governor abandons $77 billion high-speed train between LA and San Francisco ? 

My Message - Project closed out is rare. Even ideas to build a rail are rare too. Think of that, the train could bring tourists and sightseeing tours from LA to San Fran. back and forth. My personal interest can be train station connected routes. Bus stations merge into sub-lane highway hubs. Anyway, better than drilling a solid rock on a mountain range is a risk. Complicated stuff and issues like that. 
 

b) China and Russia have set a nuclear collision course with the United States ? 

My Message - Who cares about it. I did not get any signal from this new challenge. Unstable to foresee presenting country tactics, low visibility on air. So, leave it and roll them over. Let's have a boutique, Chinese restaurant, fountain, residential building, artistic street to build a " New famous Chinatown " format in Germany, N. Korea, Japan, Singapore, France to utilize good on journey scenarios. Question is about the point of peaceful aim in china. Only one gambling pace is betting on the biggest landlord to fulfill this mission in Asia as a central belief. Organize, that's all we want.
