Organs of Blue

Hello Cosmo! I've taken the liberty of snapping shots of my sketchbook for you and editing the original piece with effects to deepen your intrigue and enjoyment while you explore my mind through art. As you can see, if you pay attention; each angle you look at this piece (right side up/ upside-down, you will see something more * beyond what the natural eyes can see* (the edit of this piece INVERTED is my favorite, because it truly depicts its title: "ORGANS of blue". I honestly just went all over the place when I drew this; it didn't occur to me how immaculate it was until I was done drawing. The first time I looked at it, I turned it upside-down down and was in awe. Furthermore, it didn't dawn on me the depiction of deep rooted sadness (blues); until I showed it to someone and their exact words were, "it looks like the organs of a woman." I had the complex perception of plural meaning, depth and creativity when I drew this depiction of melancholy and blues. At the time I was deeply depressed and felt that in order to TRULY depict the depth of my sorrow, It had to be Blue, literally blue. I couldn't find any construction paper, but what I DID FIND was a BLUE DIVIDER from a binder; and it just so happened to resemble the TEXTURE of construction paper. In my complex mind of course; drawing these feelings (melancholy, blues) on a BLUE DIVIDER lol was just another way to perceive my concept: depicted on a hue of blue as to enhance the correlation of the two, and creating it on a binder divider just resonated with my attachment (being bound to yet disassociated from the pain itself).
