PULEX IRRITANS

A genus of fleas including Pulex irritans,  the common flea that infests humans.

THIS FLEA AS BEEN MICROSCOPICALLY RESIZED - TO THE SIZE OF ITS HABITAT, 'THE CAT' INFESTING ON A HUMAN HAND.

My objective is to  create Morbid Art /Horror – is to plainly shock the spectator. Using an array of textural instruments to construct an extravanganza of gore  ! The painting is extremely controversial and takes inspiration from the less pleasant and disturbing aspects of human existence.

Its merely a reflection of life, rather than life, a memory, a nostalgia in a physical form !
