TR-3B : Starbright

This picture is based on an eyewitness account of the alleged super secret antigravity craft TR-3B Black Manta that is said to be in the possession of the United States Air Force.
Supposedly, I'm basing this illustration on an alleged report that I heard over the Coast to Coast late night radio program with host George Noory recently. It was reported by Peter Davenport of www.ufocenter.com. The eyewitness states that a black triangular craft moved slowly while hovering above him silently and suddenly made a complete stop. He sees what he thinks is a helmet or "pilot" that sticks his head out of a door hatch on the top or window, peeks out and looks down on him "surprised" momentarily and then quickly pops his head back in to the strange craft. It begins to move slowly horizontally in a straight path until it leaves his sight.
Naturally, the man is dumb struck, left in awe wondering what that whole thing was just about !
