Someone once told me my heart chakra was closed because I didn't trust anyone. I have come a long way from that point, and I am a much more trusting person now. I painted myself with eyes closed, and heart chakra open.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I always paint myself with eyes closed, and from past trauma I seem unable to trust. This resonated with me very much....and I love the hopeful open heart! My self portrait focuses on the heart too. I haven't posted it yet, but I'm inspired by yours, Thanks for sharing!
