I think you have an affinity with water. You have the ocean, you like the rain
and the storm. I think water soothes you.

I love this poem!! There are so many, many dangerous and nasty things on this planet ... and the most dangerous and nastiest of all has to be mankind (talking generally of course) doesn't it? And yet, here's a thing, the Bible clearly states that "God" made man in his own image. That bodes well, then (sarcastic tone here).
The pen, and keyboard these days, can spew forth many poisonous words, I agree.
But, even worse than that, even worse than the fury of Hell is a woman with her knickers in a twist! (Especially if she has a pen).

Your poem, Marion, is just totally, totally brilliant. And what a bite that last line gives!

I doubt this could possibly be bettered .. it is one of them that packs a real punch because of the honesty and truth it contains .. x
