CHRISTMAS
I still try you know
I rack my brain
think platitudes
to ease the pain
think angels, peace, the saviours
birth, buy tinsel, nuts and trees in
Earth
I walk down streets and leach
And leach
the season through
the open blinds
but son I fail and fail and fail
Your absence constant
On my mind
this Christmas
