Pensive Mood

Pensive Mood

My heart won’t liberate my spirit
because it’s afraid it doesn’t come back,
If I don’t set love free
is because too much love clings in me,
If I don’t look up and soar
It’s because I am afraid of heights
and that my wings might be clipped
if I dare to set my dreams too high,
But it doesn’t mean I am not going to try.

Brevity with depth and brilliance Bernadete. Fear of the unknown is a powerful obstacle. But like you demonstrate in the last line; endeavour is the key.
