Because
" My heart Bleeds "

" Because my heart Bleeds "
Stand in for me, because my heart bleeds,
Its a feeling of mysery, touching deep within,
For what ever reasons, she took out the breath of life,
And left me be, to salvage it alone throughout time.
Stand by me, because me heart bleeds,
My tears are flowing, endlessly sowing,
As an ocean, formed in the clouds of emotions,
Grant me a ship, to sail the seven seas of confusion.
Stand there for me, because my heart bleeds,
To let my voice echoe, through the emptiness of sorrows,
And may thee hear, the gentle whispers of my fears,
To remind of true love, in every moment what may come.

True Love is Beautiful. Always.
Indeed,
Sir. Jac Tales,
Thank you,
My reading of your poem is that it is about true love but one that is unrequited. I really like the use of stand to begin each verse and how you change what follows it. And the repeated "because my heart bleeds." And within your verses there are some lovely lines. "Formed in the clouds of emotions" "the seven seas of confusion" and "emptiness of sorrows" are all very poetic and so indicative of the underlying feeling in the writer. I think the fact that the love is unrequited (in my opinion) doesn't necessarily make it sad. I am wondering about who the poem is addressed to. Who does the writer want to stand with them?
As always,
and indeed,
you are,
The Seer in Wisdom,
Thank you,
Sir. Bernie Martin,
You are welcome as always.
It can happen. At any moment.
When you least expect.
I really like this little poem with big meaning.
Bernadete
