pearlescent + lone

I have love of the white moonÂ
that sails the morn sky
not caring that long since
day has bid her to die
I have love of her spirit
defiant, still proud
as sun becomes masterÂ
clouds compete
to be shroud
for I see her not dyingÂ
pearlescent + lone
and she brings to mind women
in my learnings I've knownÂ
she cannot see my watchings
or know of such thoughts
that think... hand on heart...
she is wife to my god

Oh Marion! This is bloody beautiful! The first verse is poetically gorgeous with a hint of sadness ... or is it? And then it twists to show her strength. Oh, and that last line â I whole heartedly concur. Excellent, Marion, awesome and excellent. I love it â¤ď¸ xx

and create magic. Â BÂ
Ah thankyou B... many hugs to you and yours x
Excellence.
The moon, to me, is She
And she is seen
Heard, breathes and bleeds
Like of her kin
On mother earth.
As is the father sun
Said not to drown her out
Once night is gone.
