Thanksgiving

From my Raven Collection

Thanksgiving

There was a centerpiece
in the middle of the table
a figurine in the shape of a Raven
sitting proudly amongst the feast
with not one
mournful kraa.

We call a crow a 'Kraai' down here. Due to its haunting call. Nice Write.

Thank you so much, did you know that crows and ravens are actually different? I've studied a bit, to find the right word for the sound they make, interesting to me, we have big crowd in London, here in Florence we also have Ravens, thank you so much, happy holidays to you too. 🌹

I take this to mean that your inner peace is at full hilt in this particular feast. I have a story about a crow... they gather on a road near me... I slowed down for one in the middle of the road and it promptly hopped back to the pavement and proceeded to hop across the entire  road in the proper fashion 😆 They never fly off, just take their time hopping across and...I suspect...giving the finger!! I adore them x

Yes dearest Marion, every day there is something to be thankful for. Each year that passes things seem to be less painful. 🌹 Your crows seem fun 🤣
