Memories

Here comes sandy shore I would here you say 

My shoes in my hand on my way 

Nan would go and put  the kettle on and you granddad sat upon favourite chair outside the front 

Waving me too as I came near 

Big smile on  which i placed a loving kiss your warm embrace 

How I really truly miss

Nan calling out cup tea and cake inside 

How I loved our special  time

Story telling of past and new 

Board games and cards and giggles too

Smiles and laughter through the night 

What I miss must of all is you saying god bless good night xx
