My Fun Night Show

I had a dream where I find myself in a random parking lot at night. It begins to rain small white illuminated lights around me into the ground and onto puddles of water. As this happens in front of me in the center of the scene, lights build up on top of each other and begin to form a small human figure maybe about a foot high that comes up and out of the puddle and quickly walks off. Then, another wave of small lights begin to rain down into the same puddles of water in front of me on the ground and a tiny light silhouette bicycle starts gradually pedaling its way out as well- only this time it's shape has a shadow but also in the form of white light and the same illuminared color as the bicycle. I was truly blown away at it's unique weirdness but also had a sense of happy enjoyment at the same time to watch it and then it was over. I liked it so much, I may try and interpret it to make an illustration based on the dream. What do you think about this idea ? Have any of you done this before ?
