My Very First Dream of Helen

Shortly after my sweetheart had passed away I dreamed a dream of
Helen
I awoke In my dream to find Helen stood by my bed 
but not old like me
looked like she was when sweet
sixteen
Like a voice of an Angel she spoke to me said she sorry for leaving me but found a place In Heaven now free of pain 
Where the Angels had helped her walk again she asked If I'd mind If she'd stayed In
Heaven for a little while longer and seeing my sweetheart free of pain and able to walk
again how I could say any different than I did that was to say stay as long as you wish 
the she smiled at me
and kissed my lips so sweet with one last smile then turned to a light and disappeared from my sight
