Now you are a teen

I dreamt I could not find you

I looked but your where gone

I ran down every corridor and check in every hall

I pushed open every door

I screamed and screamed your name

I fell in tears on the floor.

I just wanted so very badly to take away your pain

In a shadow I saw you, I ran to be right at your side

In the dream I had, you were once again a child

I knelt down beside you and reached out to grab your tidy hand

I wanted so badly to hold you, and rock you on my knee

I begged you to hug me

But again you just disappeared from me.
