Preface
As a former scientific researcher with a PhD, I'm naturally
apprehensive about publishing a collection of my own poems.
Since my life is always about continuous learning and trying
to better myself, this anthology is a result of my learning to
write. Most of the 101 Chinese-English bilingual poems in this
collection have been published on websites such as the Epoch
Times (Chinese) and Sound of Hope; Some English poems are
self-published on some English platforms for poetry, and have
a certain number of English readers.All the poems, whether my own writing or translation, are
selected and liked by myself. I've done my best to complete
each piece, though my ability might be limited, and I hope
readers will like them too. The poems are roughly divided into
four chapters: Emotions, Life, Society, and Think and Reflect.The US philosopher-scientist and spiritualist Joseph Alexander
Sadony once said: "A GOOD POEM is but the melody of
a thinker's song: the words, the seed of his dream." I'd be
gratified if readers could find one or two such seeds in my
poems.

The good people at our security lodge gave it to me this morning and I have started reading it already.
Wow! There are poems in there I have never read and thought I was enlightened in poetry.
Real eclectic poetry in what is generously and respectfully offered up by you.

Who I know as a friend from another poetry site and even dedicated a poem to this wonderful poetess who supported me throughout and her positive writing which captivated me.
