Poem -

haddock + cod

Do rats dream of angels
do the spiders know god
does a deighty swim
With the haddock + cod

do the beetles build chapels
Do the ants say their prayers
Or does each small life laugh
as we scramble for chairs

once a week

Being Me

Oh, this is good!

This poem confirms to me, in my little mind, that it is definitely Gaia who is our Godess ... if you need to "label" things. Gaia, the personification of our dear Earth and mother nature herself. So, in that respect, yes, a deity DOES, indeed, swim with the Haddock and Cod. I should imagine.

A lovely thought provoking poem that allows us a smile in our ponderings. (A smile in our ponderings — that sounds like it could be a bit painful).
