Poem -

The drugs don’t work

Why me

Do you have any idea
what it feels like to be sick
gear sick
emotionally mentally sick
waiting around to get your fix
It’s starting to make me feel sick
people looking staring whispering about me.

Like there put off you

while your standing there feeling like your going through a code blue.

I don’t no how else to explain it to you.

Cos certain people think I shouldn’t be on the planet like you
Were Classed as alien nation
when waiting around we ain’t got a clue.

All we want are the drugs to come through.

It’s actually a joke cos the med don’t work either.

I can’t handle having to keep calling the doctor.

people’s kids go into foster
I don’t wanna exist  anymore
The drugs don’t work anymore
Why would I make myself poor to score.

Be Shan on like some whore
I want more
Someone something will give me the serenity to get over all this.
