tough

I don’t think I’m mentally tough by any means
but something this girl said resonated with me
i play soccer (or football to the rest of the world)
and I am a goalie
this girl said “goalies are some of the most
mentally tough people there are”
and in my day to day life, I disagree with her
because I will have a mental breakdown 
simply because noise is too loud
but I’m tough when I’m playing goalie
you have to be, that’s the hardest thing
but I wish I could translate that to my life
because I really do want to be mentally tough
i just don’t know how
