Poem -

fallen days

Reminds me
of fallen days
black ones when the rain drives

grey days of the pattering boom
When all beneath the sky is
Doom
Umbrellas, hoods
puddles and mudย
Artful sheep in sodden piles

Drooping leaves on once proud
trees

All grief reduces
Days to these
