15 tubs...

who screamed each night
a silent scream
into empty tubs of
devoured ice cream

but this I do
last thing at night
before my hand turns out 
the reading light

once I've brushed my teeth
and said your prayers
I do it.... silently,
so the cats aren't scared

so now...

i've 15 tubs 
stacked up by size
in the corner
of my room

15 tubs
full of silent screams
all screaming
in the gloom

and...

I've done this
since
the day 
he
died
so presumably I'm sad

but grieving has
a sell by
date
so maybe
I'm still
mutely
fucking mad
