If you have a reason to smile, do so
It is always worth giving it a go
Cheer others up as you go on your way
Make theirs a brighter day !
Being happy when you can
Is a gift given to man
To make life easier for you
It is obvious if you think it through !
Smiling causes you to live longer
Inside it makes you feel stronger
Why not make the most of a good time
There is nothing better than feeling fine !!!

I LOVE this write Richard!!.......this is a VERY big part of my personal belief system............my doctors have often asked me how I make these remarkable come-backs from surgeries etc..........and I ALWAYS respond by saying..........I smile and laugh ALOT ~ It keeps the positive energy flowin' Doc!!.........thanx for the positive reinforcement brother...........Love This!!............smiles............T xo
