A CLEAN SHAVE

Always bearded that's how he was since eighteen 
Clear skin under his chin he had never seen 
He's now going to be strong and brave 
The day has come for a momentous shave 

Twenty years of growth under his lip and chin
It's time he thought for a clean shave to begin 
Onto the face shaving cream was applied 
He was starting to feel funny inside 

Thirty minutes later it was goodbye to the beard 
With the help of the razor it had gone and disappeared 
He looks certainly different that is for sure 
The beard on his face is now no more
