A DAY TO FORGET

 
Have you ever had one of those days ? 
Everything goes wrong in all kinds of ways 
A day when as soon as you walk out the door 
You wish you stayed in bed just a little more 

The bus to work is twenty minutes late 
Then it's overcrowded which is hardly great 
Work problems no coffee left in the machine 
Your boss is nowhere to be seen 

When you arrive home when your day is done 
The heavy rain has now replaced the beautiful sun 
To top it all you have burnt your evening meal 
A day to forget is exactly how I feel
