Poem -
A DEAL WITH GOD
Â
Must do a deal with God before I dieÂ
If he says jump I will ask how highÂ
Try and put all my wrong things rightÂ
Will take more than one day and nightÂ
My deal with God is not just about meÂ
He gave me ears to hear and eyes to see
I'll assist and help my fellow human beingÂ
There will be no cross words or disagreeingÂ
It's never too late to do a deal with GodÂ
Just look for a sign and an agreeable nod
Don't believe I will get to heaven thoughÂ
Will God forgive me I can only hope so
