Poem -

A fortune to a broken man

Outside these walls is a lost soul
A boy driven to the darkened pit of despair
Taken by greed, betrayed by fate
Morning sun raises red before days on end
The crow heckles at it illwit fateĀ

Dawn would rise with a triumpth cry
Swollen with pride reborn againĀ
Missing though a part of its soulĀ
The moon will rise and greet the sun
Will it break the wall, repair that man
mended by trust and loving gaze

Very open ended cliffhanger ending and words put so well of what comes before.
Ā A wonderful write and one from the heart.
Enjoyed very much and thank you for sharing.
