A FRIDAY NIGHT IN BIRMINGHAM

So many superlatives have already been written
About this band I am well and truly smitten  
Last night in Birmingham a trip I made 
At the Castle and Falcon is where Skinny Lister played 

As per usual the band did not disappoint 
Lively as always they rocked the joint 
Blessed and honoured to see them play 
Guaranteed to brighten the bluest day 

Thanks again to the band for a marvelous show
Their reputation and followers are continuing to grow
